Law against Prostitution in Pakistan:
Is prostitution banned in Pakistan? The answer is yes. By the books, it is banned, but the reality is somewhat different. There are many laws against prostitution in Pakistan, but they are practically not implemented. Now in this era of technology, people are also doing digital prostitution in Pakistan. The law says that if you are a prostitute or even if you are a customer, you can be sent to jail, but the reality is different. In the name of women’s rights, there is another law that says that the application of rape or sexual intercourse can be given by the female only. This law indirectly denies the right of the male to complain against a female that she had sexual intercourse. Indirectly, the law says that the males cannot be raped. If a female accused of sexual intercourse only says that she is married to him even though she has no marriage certificate in Pakistan, it will be acknowledged.
Digital Prostitution in Pakistan:
People nowadays are choosing the platform of digital prostitution in Pakistan. This is a way you can attract more customers. Everyone has access to a mobile phone, and he can see whatever he wants to. Some of the females choose the platform of digital prostitution in Pakistan. The laws against prostitution in Pakistan are severe, but when they are not practically implemented, they are misused. There is even a law against digital prostitution in Pakistan, but when the law is not implemented, then you cannot stop these activities. PUNISHMENT:

When a couple is caught red-handed in the hotels, then there is the judgment of the Lahore High Court that the police cannot give an FIR against the couple caught in the room of the hotel. Even if the police give the FIR out of their powers, such an FIR is quashed by the court the very next day from the court. Indirectly, it means that there is a law but NO law.
These prostitutes know all these things, and most of the time they are already prepared. Some of the prostitutes also do court marriage in Pakistan and keep the marriage certificate in Pakistan with them. When these prostitutes are caught at the hotels, they claim that they are married and their husbands asked them to stay there. They then call the husband in the court; after that, the court discharges the prostitutes. Most of the prostitutes don’t even keep their identity cards with them to conceal their identity.
