Hague Convention on International Child Abduction:

The Hague Convention on International Child Abduction was signed in 1980. Pakistan signed this convention in 2016. Pakistan is bound by this convention. According to this convention, if a child is abducted from Pakistan or to Pakistan, such a child can be sent back to the country. A treaty is binding on only those countries that have signed it. If the child is taken to a country that is not a signatory to this convention, then no action could be taken under this convention. Same as if something is brought to Pakistan from a country that is not a signatory to this convention, then no action can be taken under this convention.
