Identification Parade in Pakistan:
Identification Parade in Pakistan is a mode through which the accused is identified either by the complainant or by the witness. When any crime is reported, the first thing the law enforcement agencies check is the authenticity of the crime. There are possibilities that the complainant or the witness wants to grind his own axe. To minimize the possibility of a false accusation of someone, the police and other law enforcement agencies conduct the identification parade of the accused. This identification is conducted by mixing up the accused with other people and then asking the complainant or the witness to identify the accused.
